We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our beauty products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

- Unopened press-on nail kits and accessories
- Unopened skincare products
- Defective or damaged items (see below)
Non-Eligible Items
- Opened or used products
- Sale or final sale items
- Gift cards
Please Note
- Press-on nails are standard sizing and may not fit every nail perfectly. Sizing variation is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return.
- Body butter products may soften or melt during transit due to temperature changes. This does not affect the quality or safety of the product and is not considered damage. Simply allow the product to cool and resolidify before use.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kiarasoleil.inc@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at kiarasoleil.inc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return your item and place a new order.
